You must be at least 12 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use PG Life.

Users must register using accurate personal details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Tenants can pay rent and service fees digitally through integrated payment gateways. PG Life does not charge tenants any brokerage. Owners may be subject to platform usage or listing fees, as applicable.

8. PG Verification and Listings

PG Life may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or unlawful conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

PG Life is a facilitator and not responsible for the actual service delivery between tenants and PG owners. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions or interactions on the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on PG Life including logos, graphics, design, and code is the intellectual property of PG Life Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy Policy

Usage of PG Life is also governed by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Modifications to Terms

PG Life may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore.
