You must be at least 12 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use pglife.

Users must register using accurate personal details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Tenants can pay rent and service fees digitally through integrated payment gateways. pglife does not charge tenants any brokerage. Owners may be subject to platform usage or listing fees, as applicable.

8. PG Verification and Listings

All PGs listed on pglife are subject to verification by our Quality Team. pglife reserves the right to delist or reject properties that do not meet quality or safety standards.

pglife may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or unlawful conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

pglife is a facilitator and not responsible for the actual service delivery between tenants and PG owners. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions or interactions on the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on pglife including logos, graphics, design, and code is the intellectual property of pglife Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy Policy

Usage of pglife is also governed by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Modifications to Terms

pglife may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore.
